I have not found the current income, but in 2013 the Perform Group had a net income of 4.6 million Pounds -- about $5.2 million dollars. I don't know the total amount of equity, but I would think that Golovkin's $7.5 million represents a tiny fraction of the total. I think it is safe to say that Golovkin's $7.5 mill in Perform Group equity will translate into $7.5 million in cash anytime soon. But again, without additional information, this is just a guess
Correction WILL NOT translate into $7.5 million in cash...

That line is from Fat Boy Dan not from the actual disclosed NY Purses. Eddie Hearn himself flat out denied the false report that GGG was getting DAZN Equity. Fat Boy Dan used to just report the purses as they are actually written he now has been adding editorial notes to purses at his discretion which now makes them confusing and agenda based. For example he constantly does this for Top Rank fighters tells you oh this is what it says but he's actually making much more which is fed to him by Bob Arum which could be true or could be BS. And other fights when fighters and promoters leak that a fight is making much more he will just report the lower Commission reported Purse amount instead of adding notes that this fighter is actually making more then what is disclosed by the commission.

Team ggg and dazn underestimated the diva behavior of Canelo and overestimated his desire to want to try and get a non controversial win over ggg. Now they're screwed. Under normal circumstances, a big name in the sport prefers to clear up that kind of controversy. It's why mayweather ran it back immediately vs castillo and maidana. Why pac has 3 fights vs morales and 4 vs Marquez. Canelo clearly isn't cut from that same kind of cloth. He prefers to take his controversial win and move on. Like he did with Lara and now with ggg. Hopefully after he fights Kovalev, he'll actually focus on fighters who are in their primes like an andrade charlo, Smith, benavidez, plant, etc.

YES! NAILED IT! The diva will screw them over a year and a half. They need the coin from the 3rd fight. The Diva will maybe fight him when he's 39 and the momentum from the controversial rematch is gone. What a dirty c^nt.

Don't harbor for a third fight.GGG's much vaunted power did almost nothing to Canelo in the two fights and Canelo's feelings got hurt when he got called a drug cheat by him.You know Canelo praying that GGG gets beat and/or KO'd so a trilogy can be put to bed.

Yeah he was only a few punches away from losing. Yarde has to get away from that trainer. He can't perform at the highest level without sparring or very little sparring. I get it that too much sparring can shorten a career but taking a beating in the ring because you aren't properly prepared is worse.

Sparring is a MUST! And you saw who Porter was bringing in for his sparring and it showed against Spence.

Alvarez has made it clear he's OK with a 1-0-1 record vs Golovkin. There's some good fights out there for GGG at 160 and maybe 168.
Alvarez would look bad if he agreed to a fight with GGG in a year or so, like he was just buying time and hoping age would catch up to GGG.

I know this is just plain weird. Thing is Yarde looked pretty good even without sparring. He has talent..

"Sports Illustrated’s Chris Mannix reported Thursday morning that negotiations for their third fight have stalled largely due to Golovkin’s reluctance to face Alvarez in Las Vegas for a third time. The former middleweight champion made it clear in the aftermath of his fourth-round knockout of Steve Rolls on June 8 that he wants their third fight to take place elsewhere.

According to Mannix, also a commentator for DAZN, promoter Oscar De La Hoya will start looking at other opponents for Alvarez’s next fight if they can’t come to a resolution by Friday."

I can only imagine his list of demands if he claims the belt vs Chenko as he's expected to.
Its called negotiations. This is what confident people who know what value they bring, do. They don't stand with a hat collecting dimes. I guess you need to work anywhere other than Walmart to know that you get what you negotiate. The fact that he doesn't want to fight Canelo in Vegas... sweet Jeesus, it would be weird if he was ok with Vegas. 118-110 says hello.
