People will hate you for the color of your skin and if you were to say there are none here I'd call you a liar.

Then theyll complain he only has fought at 160 which is fine? Boxers can fight at whatever weight they are comfortable. GGG has been the size he started as a pro. No big deal. Unlike most boxers who started pro young and grew into their bodies

He wasnt like manny who was some malnourished kid fighting as a teen who moved up 8 weight classes. Or some guy who camps at 155 and pulls up junior middle weights and pulls down middle weights because he needs every advantage to win the fight. GGG has always made 160 comfortably.

GGG had a great amateur pedigree and is an Olympic champion. He was also a dominant force at MW for nearly a decade. And despite his poor resume the majority of people believe he should have at least one win over Canelo. The official score cards can say what they want but a majority of people believe GGG should have had that signature win.

Was anything I just said a lie?
You are over exaggerating what people say about Tank and Mikey. Their diehard fans don't cry and whine whenever they are fairly criticized.

GGG is fairly criticized and it isn't because he looks white. That is what his very worst fans deflect to because they cant refute the fair criticism of his resume or the fact he got his title initially in the board room and didn't win it in the ring.

The criticism of him only fighting at 160 is completely unfair. He keeps himself in shape as a pro is supposed to. The issue people have is his "anyone from 154-168" comment. This is NSB and posters tend to take what is said literally and hold fighters to that.

I don't disagree with any of the bolded. I just think its ok if posters don't like him.

If that ish gets people upset I really don't know what to tell 'em. They get upset when their new brand of deodorant doesn't have hoards of chicks chasing after them with their **** out too?

What else am I gonna say... obviously he is a heavy handed dude and a very good fighter but I never thought he was some unbeatable machine, though I can't speak for the beliefs of others. The whole 154 - 168 thing - I don't really get the issue. Every damn fighter on earth is open to offers from the adjacent divisions - providing of course the conditions (most especially the money) are right - it was probably naive of 'em to use that as a selling point given that you never know what the futures gonna hold, but I honestly can't understand why people would make it the focus of such vitriol. It's like... so what? Maybe he would have fought at 168 or 154 if the conditions were right, but the simple fact is that the biggest money fight dropped into his lap at 160, so we'll never know. Big deal.

No. People wouldn't usually be that bothered by ish like that. The problem is that certain of his fanbase used that claim to mock the credibility of other fighters who had achieved more - and I'm talking principally Floyd and Ward. That's where the hatred started and that's when I'm pretty sure the TS got on the train... basically the vitriol and anger around Golovkin is an extension of the ongoing Pac - Floyd bullchit and also seems to have become entangled with the ****ed up racial politics of the US in some minds... leastways, that's my take. Dude ain't really doing much different from other fighters I think... least not enough to become the polarising mfer he has on this forum.
Blame all the sh.it talking fans of his... they said “our guy ggg is a level below God and your fighter is trash because our guy says and does this and yours doesn’t” only thing is that ggg never did anything he said he would, to the contrary... he said many things criticized many people and he is worst than that he was criticizing others for... period. No matter what deodorant you try and cover up his stench from he still stinks and so do his fans

Sure, man. I could blame those dudes... or I could blame the dudes who triggered them by throwing shade on their favourite fighter, or I could go back further... bit pointless though ain't it? Bunch of childish schoolyard tit for tat to my mind. All those dudes pretty much the same as each other whichever side of the fence they're on from where I'm looking.

Anyways, that's cool, man. You got your opinion... Let's not lie to ourselves.

Tank and Mikey have one thing in common and that's Lomachenko.

One guy was fighting nobodies at 130 talking a lot of ****. The other guy left 135 and talked a lot of ****. All their fans? Talking the most ****.

Were you not here when Mikey decided to fight Spence and literally anyone who hates GGG jumped on team Mikey because Mikey thought Lomachenko was too easy and needed to challenge himself.

          Think about the usual

          Boxing is great
          McDonalds
          Kush king

The list goes on and on and on. Anyone with any boxing IQ without an agenda could see the outcome. Spence by KO or Wide UD. Mikey gets a punchers chance.

And everyone else told them that he would get his ass whooped and when he did, all these losers who talked the **** lost so much face they went into hiding. Even Mikey Garcia himself went into hiding.

Oh. A mexican fighter is fighting and I'm not white and I want him to win and I want to talk a lot of **** abou the white guys. That's coming from someone who ISNT EVEN WHITE. I see it clear as DAY.

Unlike Tank and Mikey GGG will make it into the HOF. They arent even the same caliber of fighter.

And I don't get the win it in a ring thing you cling onto so hard. It would be true if he won it outside the ring and never did anything or got KTFO and kept on losing. Did he do that? No.

He only kept adding to his collection and when the signature fight came got robbed.

If there was only 1 title per division GGG would have won it back in 2010 when the WBA split the championship so Felix Strum could be there champion. Hence why GGG left Germany a few years later because he knew he was getting screwed over in Germany.

No one defends GGGs resume but when you ask yourself who was better than him who?

Canelo who sat him out because he couldnt make the 154lb limit and when the did fight robbed him two and was busted for PEDs?

Andrade who has never fought anyone with a pulse and JUST got to 160? Same guy who barely sc****d by the guy you guys like to make fun of GGG fighting because Canelo failed his drug tests.

Charlo who has never fought anyone with a pulse and also JUST got to 160? Looked like **** his last fight and should have lost.

BJS who cant even make the weight and got busted for PEDs himself?

          Lara who fights at 154?

And GGG smacked Geale, the same guy who was stripped so he could be the super champion so your argument is invalid.

You guys just like to create boogeymen and tell tall tales to reinforce your narrative.

Oh. GGG is just fighting Derevychanko because he is Jacob's left overs blah blah. But in the same breathe dont understand that by that logic Jacob's was GGGs left overs and that by that logic Canelo has fought no one relevant in a long time.

The fact is, if you consider Canelo the best at 160 based on their head to head fights you can EASILY argue that they are the same caliber fighter even though GGG doesnt have the resume.

But is this the case? Is it?

If you have GGG as the best MW, ok. I would think it Canelo but there are a lot of people that think he won both fights. I think he won the 1st and lost the 2nd. The Dereyvchenko fight is solid IMO.

Let's try again. Is the score cards of 115-113 x2 and 114-114 for the A side boxer fighting at home dominant? Yes or no?

Oh? Canelo has more fans right? I know he does obviously, but then why is it that on all those polls where it was who won, Canelo or GGG anywhere you can find them on the internet including here does more people think GGG won?

Hmm? Where are all his fans?

              Fight1
              370 75.98% GGG
              67 13.76%Canelo
              50 10.27% Draw

              Fight 2
              166 57.44% GGG
              96 33.22% Canelo
              27 9.34%Draw

Every poll and every media score cars reflects the trends that GGG EASILYwon the first fight against Canelo and while Canelo did better didnt do good enough the 2nd time around.

But nah. Us GGG fans are the liars and cheats right? Lmfao. We are the ones who need to create stories to make is feel better about ourselves.

Tell me that the big bad media has it out for Canelo. Humor me.

To be fair he was too overrated for the weak resume. Was he ducked by some? Yes but us fans cant control that. We look at a resume and point out what is missing. He's a good fighter but was never that ATG killer. He still beat Canelo in the first fight and the second fight was very close.

I don't actually give a **** about MW to be honest. It's a **** weight division. I watch it, I don't hate all the fights, it's just hard to get too jazzed about a MW. Let him at least tie Hopkins in longevity or some ****. Go undisputed. Do something.
