I think people are still caught up in the Spence/Porter fight. Was a really great fight. I think people will start talking about GGG/Derevychenko more beginning Thursday. I think it is a solid fight.

I think Fox did a really good job of promoting the Spence/Porter fight while DAZN hasn't done the same to date with GGG/Derev but again I expect promotion to heat up the next few days.

I saw a commercial for boxing on DAZN during the Sunday Night NFL game I think it was. It was a cool commercial that was showed the top names they have (Canelo, GGG, AJ, Ruiz were the names) nothing specific about this fight though.

Alvarez has never been knocked down but I get your point.
After the first fight, Golovkin should have known there was no way he was winning a decision in Vegas.
Hingsight's 20/20 but he should have made it, Hearns vs Hagler 2.

Instead he actually allowed Canelo to become the aggressor in the 2nd fight. He went backwards. So there was his chance and he played it safe instead. Manny shouldn’t have given Marquez a 4th fight, absolutely unneccesary.
Canelo learning from that and making a smart move for his career.

The fight will always be close, is he just gonna continue to fight him until GGG finally wins?

dazn is paying around 20 million for this fight just to the headliners. This is a fight they created in order to try to force canelo's hand into a third ggg fight. And they have already just written this fight off as a sunk cost. So, yeah they have to find a way out of his contract.
