Like some other posters suggested I would just go to a gym and work on your boxing. The cardio and work will be enough to get you into the shape you want.
Gonna probably stop lifting altogether for awhile tho.
My natural size is about
145-155. I’m sitting at 180 with what I feel is too much mass altogether muscle/fat since I’ve been lifting heavy for past few years.
Feel like it’s easiest for me to just shred it all off via cardio and then just lift here and there when necessary instead of lifting with a bodybuilder routine. Don’t like the bulky look.

One thing a lot of people overlook when it comes to boxing is the true intensity of the training you have to do to be competitive.
I think buzzfeed did a video with two random normal guys who trained like boxers for a month and they suffered pretty bad from the intensity of the workouts but got a lot better.
Anyone can fight hard for a couple minutes but imagine having to keep the same high intensity up for 36 minutes.
Your body composition will change to your new workout.
Focus on technique and fundamentals. Check out some boxing training videos for some inspiration

A good place to get started would be just to watch youtubers like:
Precision Striking
FightTIPS
Watch and incorporate what you want into your routine. These are very helpful for beginners
