If Wallin had anything left he would have ko’d him the 12th. The funny thing is , is that it didn’t seem like that big of a punch that got him in trouble either .If Tyson fights wilder like this , he will get ko’d
No you are absolutely right. I was referring to prior to those cuts. However, once he sustained those cuts then all bets were off. Then his primal instincts began to kick in as he reverted back to the old Fury of mauling and roughhousing his smaller opponents with his superior size and weight on the inside.

Last night could've been a disaster.

The coach did the right thing by keeping his fighter calm so he could pull out the victory.

That was impressive for a 26 year old.

Father knows best. If Wallin was a power puncher, landscape change again. Wilder fight is now in jeopardy.

I don't think the trainer matters. Fury's fight record has always been suspect. If he was really that good - there'd be a lot better people on it and he wouldn't be avoiding top 10 heavyweights every fight - except when its for a belt.

I'm sure if Wlad hadn't been so trigger-shy and risk-averse that night it would have ended badly for Fury. No one would be talking about Fury. Let's be honest Wilder started boxing late and has never been a great boxer. Even so he still almost KO'd Fury. Now he has that experience of 12 rounds with Fury, Wilder will KO him easily in the rematch.

Ben has to go. Okay you are a good mate, you motivated Fury to LOSE WEIGHT, but man oh man you DKFuccAllAbout Boxing.

Ah...what? In ALL YOUR YEARS? You've been an adult for half a decade, what the FUCC could you possibly know? There's an innumerable amount of boxing coaches that have COACHED elite level athletes longer than you have been born. Fuccing delusional.

Now will the Fury and Benny nuthugging r3tards finally shut up and stop criticising anyone who says anything about Davison? Whenever the cameras come out, you see Benny's ego. He starts fiddling with his hair like a woman does to make sure she's looking all nice for the cameras - if that shyt is still in your prioirities mate then you have no business coaching a man in a man's game. You're a nice guy, but just fucc off until you grow some hairs on your chest at least.
The most dangerous thing is tyson filled that kids head full of hot air that he thinks he knows more than fredmund roach.

This ben davisons ego is thru the roof, now he will never lower himself to actually learn the sweet science because he thinks he knows everything.

He is just a kid, i never realized how young he was until recent only 25 wow.

All this talk of 'Tyson Fury was 50% vs Wilder' he looked in better condition in terms of his energy and performance vs Wilder etc But I am well aware that Fury kind of fights to his opponent's ability, and rises to the occasion etc

Tyson did look drained, you live and you learn...He needs the extra weight. The telltale was his feet, he had spells where he did not move and coiled up, but even more to the point there was no boyancy to his movements.

I would feel like John if my kid was Fury. I don't think the answer is always to dismiss the corner, rather let it be a teaching moment for Ben as well. Guide your man to a better weight.

On the plus, that cutman is wonderful. I like Tyson's corner, but Ben is still practically a kid, John should be in a teaching way more than a punishing way.

                    You may be right.

I think Davison deserves a lot of credit for getting Fury back into shape and fighting.

The thing is Fury said he doesn’t need anyone to teach him to box which is true but training camps are not just about that. It’s knowing how to manage a camp properly to get the peak performance on fight night, there’s so many factors involved. I think you need good experience in that respect.

Not knocking Ben too much but he’s been flattered by the fighters he worked with. He has probably inherited the most gifted Heavyweight in the world and then he also had Saunders who is one of the most naturally talented around his weight class.

So even if those guys are not at their best, their natural abilities will take them a long way anyway, regardless of trainer.

I thought BJS looked a bit lethargic in his last fight with Davison. He’s since returned to Ingle.

Anyway everyone is still probably too critical. Fury won a clear points decision, it’s not like he lost or would’ve lost except for a cut stoppage. All the best heavyweights have records full of points decisions like that. Not everyone is Wilder knocking everyone out, he’s a one off in that respect.

I've said Ben's an idiot from the beginning. Dunno what that fairy leprechaun is meant to bring to the table. He's not well informed, he's not creative, he's not experienced, he's not even intelligent or funny. I have no clue why Tyson keeps Ben around. Maybe they're bum buddies.

The reasoning given for leaving Peter does not explain Ben. Mayweather, Jackson, Hunter, Sanchez, etc. there's plenty of good trainers around.

Jonathan Banks should be Fury's trainer. He can't teach fury anything really but he can drop some Manny knowledge on the Gypsy.
