      And yes, Fury nailed it.
How long is Durant going to be out? He may not come back the same

I'm going to make a fool of you again by asking you to tell me what % of muscle does AJ lose, and how much fat % does he gain? You either tell me your nonsense answer, or you run and refuse to answer like the b1tch you are. Thus, I've clowned you once again weirdo.

        3% muscle and 2.3% fat

AJ should work at his stamina too

This is why I say not to listen to this man. He has clowned him his whole career for being a 'bodybuilder' and 'robotic'.

Slimming down would help AJ's stamina and have more fluid movement which would give him a better chance of beating Ruiz and we all know Fury doesn't want that.

AJ at 237-242 is the best AJ as evident against Parker and Kevin Johnson. Ruiz doesn’t move his feet and you can’t beat him standing in front of him and exchanging because he has quick short hands.

I want to see AJ vs Fury next so Josh can shut this kangaroo and his homeless gypsy fans up. It’s gonna be a *******. Hopefully, I’d get the chance to crack the jaws of some of these Fury fans after the fight, lol.
Fury knows this too, which is why he doesn't want AJ to lose muscle mass.

The exact opposite of a normal (natural) person. and almost impossible to do.

Normal person would be getting more ripped as they lose weight.

Sure sign of steroids and unnatural weight gain.

Lol people stop working out and lose muscle and gain fat all the time.

All AJ has to do is focus less on strength training and he will start losing muscle from that just like any elite athlete would.

The only thing proven by what you say is your low IQ.

Looking forward to AJ's last fight? That bums about to get retired. Shame cause i'd have enjoyed watching Fury destroy him in and out the ring.

We're in stopped watch territory. Fury speaks so much about Joshua that eventually he was bound to say something I agree with.

I think Joshua would have been better being big. Turn it into a horrible, boring fight. I would have made just two improvements - be patient, and learn how to negate Ruiz's body shots in the clinches.

If he's going in light so he can move in and out, he's going to get in range for Ruiz. He doesn't need to be there.
