The exact opposite of a normal (natural) person. and almost impossible to do.

Normal person would be getting more ripped as they lose weight.

Sure sign of steroids and unnatural weight gain.
An extremely abnormal person talking about what is normal and which isn't? Haha.

I'm going to make a fool of you again by asking you to tell me what % of muscle does AJ lose, and how much fat % does he gain? You either tell me your nonsense answer, or you run and refuse to answer like the b1tch you are. Thus, I've clowned you once again weirdo.

Wow! Brilliant Fury hit it on the nail. But losing "some" mass won't turn him into a racehorse necessarily, and he doesnt have to "tow" Ruiz, he basically has to methodically bust up the mass without putting added pressure on himself to transform into Ali..... He was pretty nimble against Parker and fought tall (Ruiz and Parker are similar fighters). He needs that Wladimirs style of fight, tightening up his defence like (stand in front you) Spence, while clinching quick handed Ruiz anytime he violates his personal space. The fight doesnt have to be pretty. Not every fight is....I used to hit the weights back in the day, and man oh man I used to be so spent after just a little bit of ANY aerobic exertion .....calistenics and light weights is the way to go if endurance is needed in any sport....that muscleman statue crap is played out....its only good for flossin at the beach and moving furniture....

I think we can all agree that Joshua needs to lay-off the hoagies.

So many times I saw guys, even my own, think being Heavyweight meant pigging out. Especially the more atheltic guys, the ones who were competitive in Football.

But eventually you run into someone who'll exploit your excessive mass.

Fury is right, Joshua looks too thin. If he thinks he's gonna give Ruiz the Willie Pastrano treatment, he's right. But then in round 5, when he's gassed and his legs are filled w/ lead, he's gonna get sparked again.

I think this aggressive weight loss shows Joshua is shook.

"What tends to happen with new things in new camps is when someone practises something in the gym for eight, 10, 12 weeks, and then they go in a fight and try to do it, as soon as they get clipped or get tired, they revert straight back to what they once knew. I’ve soon it many, many times. As soon as he holds his feet and starts to fight back, he loses in my opinion.

Good words by Tyson Fury he is right. AJ just needs to work on his defense and keep his size and power. You don't abandon what made you successful because of one loss.

Also I couldn't get over the misspelled words and poor grammar good grief!! I mean who wrote this article? Deontay Wilder haha

You can't change a bull into a racehorse, but you also can't expect to be fully prepared to face Wilder a 2nd time, after fighting 2 unproven prospect level Fighters. Fury style ain't going to change at all. Just maybe the stamina will get a little better, but all Wilder has to do is cut the Ring off properly and get his timing down.

                      And yes, Fury nailed it.
