Anyone know what’s the issue with that? That decision should have been a NC or DQ win for Rivas.
So why hasn’t the Rivas v Whyte decision been overturned yet?

The UKAD lawyers are probably trying to figure out what to do. I mean if you let Whyte fight and he wins, how do you, after the fact, say he doesn't win? If you say Whyte wins after he fails a drug test, how does that look in court when Rivas sues you??Last edited by 4truth; 09-10-2019, 05:45 PM. -

Why would that decision be overturned at this point? Based on what, media reports of a adverse analytical finding?
BBoC aren't going to overturn a result without an anti doping rule violation from UKAD. BBBoC don't rule on doping violation, UKAD does.
UKAD have a procedure, same as all WADA signatories do, that process is underway, if an ADRV is found UKAD will hand down a sanction and publish the results, and at that point BBBoC can take action.
What you seem to be asking for is punishment before the a trial's verdict is handed down, or do you not understand how WADA processes work and the usual time frames involved?
UKAD's lawyers have one thing to do, follow their rules and there is no indication that isn't exactly what they are doing.Comment
