In the court of public opinion Whyte will be seen as guilty by most, which I why I think this whole thing doesnt really matter and I hope Hearn and the gang get him reinstated as interim champ so the Wilder fight happens sooner. For the Wilder fans who want him banned, remember that Wilder has no problem fighting Ortiz twice, and in the future he will probably fight Povetkin and Whyte eventually. Would you rather those fights happen sooner or later? Thats all this is.

Yeah, I agree. Argue this either way and I will nod in agreement with the last person who spoke. No chance this anchor is ever off Whyte if he is innocent, and no way he is ever suspended properly if he is guilty. I just hope the process is cleaned up some as a result of the sit-com way it has been handled. Then at least something good comes out of it.

One that governs everything, one that even all this belts/organisations have to adhere to.

This guy is going to be cleared, and we would not hear anymore details about it, in a dangerous sport like this, I would shut up if they come out with acceptable details/evidence but am guess everything is now going to be “Classified” from now onwards.
It's unlikely that UKAD would be scheduling a hearing without the result of the B sample. It provides a little insight into how this is going to go that no statement has been forthcoming regarding the result of B sample test.

We need all the US commissions to sign up to USADA who follow the VADA code as the BBBoC do through UKAD who are aligned to WADA. But importantly, if you have an organisation (USADA, UKAD etc.) dishing out penalties, then you have to accept that 'adverse analytical finding' (i.e. a dodgy test flagged by extra VADA testing or UKAD testing as with Whyte) is not a doping offence until propertly investigated.

I agree, every country should actually be testing their boxers/athletes randomly. But the regulations need to be tweaked a bit.

Jeesus f.king christ, can you just pump the brakes and let the man talk and explain his side, can you shut the hell up for a minute and wait for a regulating body to deliver its verdict? If their verdict is that Whyte is not guilty, Rivas might be able to sue them if there are sufficient grounds to say they were wrong, if they don't clear Whyte, Whyte has enough money in the bank now to appeal and take them to court. If there are good reasons for it. Deal with facts, not your idiotic assumptions. There is a reason Whyte keeps silence, perhaps, the longest silence in his career. Yes, it might be because he knows he messed, or there may be equally valid reasons why he shouldn't talk much. The bottom line is WE DO NOT KNOW. Its ok not to know something and just wait for the decision of those who should know. You, geniuses, should solve crime with your lighting speed "guilty/not guilty" decision making. Three of you and Chicago will no longer be called Chiraq.
He failed a drug test. Only a complete ****** looks at that and goes “we don’t know the truth!”

So let’s say you’re a lawyer then, and presented with DNA evidence.

What now? We gotta wait on DNA sample B-Z?

                  “Adverse finding” **** outta here

The more time passes I actually think Whyte may have been naughty.
