As per my other post, there's nothing stopping Whyte releasing the result of B sample test.

As you stated, it's very unlikely that the result will be different from the A sample, however the procedure is the athlete gas the right to ask for the B sample tested. I assume they also have the right to waive that right, accept the result of A sample and go ahead with a hearing on that basis?

The athlete can request their B-sample be tested, and can elect to have their reps present during testing if they wish, no idea if that is the case here and regardless that will only delay the inevitable either way.

Fair chance Whyte doesn't even get his B-sample tested, the fact his B-sample hadn't been tested isn't why he was allowed to fight. He had his hearing before NADP presented his evidence and they didn't impose a provisional suspension which he would have had if not for that hearing being successful as provisional suspension is mandatory for a prohibited substance, (discretionary for a specified substance) and pretty sure Dbol would fall under prohibited.

Its also a decent bet that whatever evidence persuaded NADP at the expedited hearing will also work at the full hearing but who knows.

If no doping violation is found UKAD won't release anything, I don't think they are allowed to even confirm anything happened because of their privacy rules, no doubt Whyte will though as he has his reputation to rebuild, but he won't be doing that until a final decision is given by UKAD.
