DAZN haven't put on a PPV caliber fight other than Canelo v Jacobs and if that fight was on HBO PPV I think it would have done around 400K buys

Canelo v Kovalev is a PPV worthy fight if they manage to get the fight happen

Boxing is like cell phones in America.
      1. We get free fights- a vastly better deal than DAZN so I don’t no why brits keep mentioning expensive ass DAZN.
      2. We get premium fights. That can be watched for $20 at the theaters depending on the promoter. Which is what you’d pay for DAZN. So I don’t get what strong suits their arguments have besides them worshipping edward over an app they themselves do not get.
Right. I forgot to mention how you could get a PPV fight for $20 at a movie theater instead of paying $20 to watch Ortiz vs Orozco

GGG v Jacobs bombed and HBO were really pushing that fight

I think one of the reasons HBO got out of the game was they couldn't get GGG to be a big star even though the HBO crew were **** riding at unprecedented level

I think that's a pretty cool idea actually but realistically how many cities does this take place in? Genuinely curious since I live in the middle of nowhere.

And now DAZN is going the same route. He's had Apple commercials, Jordan brand commercials, and the full push of HBO & the boxing media behind him and nobody cares unless he fights Canelo. It's weird how these companies continue to try and elevate him to Canelo's level while at the same time trying up lower Canelom

It’s in America. If you’re American it shouldn’t be an issue going to the theaters to watch a fight.

You'd have to be some kind of spastic to be happy that PPVs are going well

Typical PBC fanboys. These idiots are cheering PBC PPVs on despite PBC being based exactly on NOT doing PPVs And of course, we know these broke bums don't actually buy PPVs, they stream the fights.

Does AJ fight on apps or PPV over there?
