The same guys who say Augustus is a good fighter and would give Hatton trouble are the same guys who think Gatti has had a legit career and the same guys who thought Gatti would knock Hatton out.

I saw him STRUGGLE against Rangel for the first 4-5 rounds and then coming on strong and knocking him out late. This was the supposed "focused' Augustus.

After that I saw him struggle with a 13 fight novice in Herman Ngoudjo (No one here saw that fight except for the Canadians...he is considered the worst Canadian prospect btw) and he was again struggling and lost a close but clear majority decision.

Augustus would never do jack **** against the top level guys. It would warm my heart for any top 10 fighter to steamroll him and shutup all the know-nothins here.
Let us praise the almighty prophet!
Augustus already HAS done **** against top level guys.

I think you underestimate Hatton, bro.

No matter how much heart, sweat and time Augustus put into that training/fight, he wouldn't win (if Hatton came prepared).

I dont underestimate Hatton. He is a tough guy with a good chin but he can be outboxed. If Collazo can box circles around Hatton so could Augustus. Only a focused Augustus who by the way has been calling out Hatton. I'm not saying Augustus would win for sure, i'm saying it wouldnt be outta of the question to see him out slick the slugger.

He bloodied up Floyd Mayweathers face and gave him a huge challenge.
              It was a great fight.
Maybe if you watched it you would see the skills that Augustus posesses.

I saw that fight. You mean that fight in Flint, Michigan (I think) with the crappy anouncers who asslicked Floyd. He bloodied up Mayweather who severly underestimated a 15 loss novice augustus at the time. That's sure alot to hang your head about. Floyd won every round and if i remember correctly it was at 135 which was when he was the 'stick and move' Floyd not the in-pocket fighter like he is today.

                  He has skills.
He could potentially present a challenge to a few of the better fighters in the division.

It is a fact that Floyd said that Augustus was his toughest fight ever. Even tougher than the Castillo fights.

Agustus would give any fighter in the world a tough fight. He is a very skilled fighter and has a good chin.I would pick him over fighters such as Juan Urango. In fact that fight needs to be made. After all that Emmanuel has given to this sport he deserves a title shot and a good payday.Scott Pemberton got that why can't Emmanuel.
