One thing that is becoming clear is I am not nearly enough of a Mayweather lover to fight your hatred of him..ha. I respect his talent, and admire him, so I call myself a fan- but I don't need to defend him to the death. Simply put, this isn't about pure 'huevos'. If Margarito loses to Mayweather, yes it may be his last big fight, but he just made a career high pay-day and lost against the man they consider the best- so perhaps no one would blame him. He would have stuffed pockets- the biggest fight of his life. What is Mayweather afraid of? What if he lost? He would lose out on possible De la Hoya and maybe even Mosley mega-fights. I'm scared of that, too. I want to see Floyd against Margarito so we can see what really happens after all these disagreements are done...but I would much rather see Mayweather-Mosley and Mayweather-De la Hoya. If you need to believe that he is ducking Margarito for that to happen, shat, then he is. All I know is, if those two fights are announced you'll hear me loud and clear saying,

            "Margarito...who...?"

for all the floyd-jockstraps, the fact is Arum put 8 mil on the table, the so-called P4P champ turned it down.

              no denying that

              I call that ducking

and do we really care if Margarito gets KTFO ? no, as boxing fans we want to see the best fights, we just want to see Margarito and the gay boy get it on !

                    Uhhh NO.
There will be more money to split in the Mosley Mayweather fight.
Its a bigger draw, naturally there will be a bigger purse.
                    Its common sense.

                      Get it out.

Let's draw the line here. If you don't like Mayweather, or you are a fan of Margarito...say it in your post. Regardless, answer me this:

Would you honestly rather see a Margario-Mayweather or both Mayweather-De la Hoya and Mayweather-Mosley. If you had to choose, everyone, which of those choices would you make? See him simply take on Antonio, or take those two big fights? Because I think, as boxing is his career, Mayweather is viewing it like that. Only the fans can say if he is making the right choice. So?
