Anthony Joshua exposes Eddie Hearn in "The Untold Truth".

The video is now on YouTube.

He was asked what Rob McCracken told him after the fight and he said Rob wanted him to fight Charr or Hunter and he never supported the Ruiz fight. However, he went with Ruiz because that's what the network/promoter/broadcaster wanted and, the finger right there is pointing at Hearn/Matchroom. Hearn is a scumbag. Ruiz didn't sell no tickets and most casuals wouldn't even be able to know the difference between Ruiz and Charr (Charr is a actually a better choice for casuals than Ruiz). Also, in a new territory with so much pressure - you just have to ease a fighter in, into the new terrain. You don't go out there writing cheques you can't cash with your big mouth - then pick the worst style match-up with no incentive, for a boxer you claim you care about. British invasion of America blah blah blah. What a prick!

Eddie Hearn sabotaged AJ. If he doesn't leave Matchroom after the rematch - he's dumb as fu..ck. And if he wins the rematch - he needs to drop the WBO belt if they force a Usyk mandatory. Fury's also right when he said Hearn got AJ beat.

I'd say the whole interview was bizarre and as a fan of AJ, I expected him to be more open and direct. However, he'd go off on a tangent with a lot of the answers. And there was a point where he was asked about the neck massage before the fight. He didn't know the camera was back on him and had a facial expression that showed something wasn't right but changed his face as soon as he realised the camera was on him. Then went on speaking in riddles/parables again. Those of us in the know are aware of what happened and a lot of things will come out in the open after the rematch.

Also, the nonsense Hearn says all the time that Aj told him are all pure lies. AJ didn't tell that schmuck anything and a classic example is the idiocy about running it back at the MSG.

Relax. Klitchko got KTFO by Sanders and Lewis was KO’d by Rahman.

Nothing wrong with losing the 0. In theory the rematches are supposed to nullify the first event and doubt, unless it’s a rematch where everyone wins because of the first fight., etc.

People lose, quit whining. As a fighter joshua should be willing to fight whoever (given it’s the same weightclass etc), the promoter/networks just tell him why they think this or that fight is best and the final call falls on joshua. So enough excuses.

No. A coach knows where a fighter is, better than the promoter. And a promoter who has his fighter's best interest at heart needs to always listen to the coach. Ruiz isn't Wilder or Fury and there was no point picking the guy

No excuses but Hearn is a scumbag. You don't go around running your mouth everywhere when you aren't the one in the ring.

Hearn exposes him for choosing Ruiz over an easy fight.

Wow, no wonder these wilder fan boys supported wilder getting 40-0 in the way he did ..

It will be quite amusing his Joshua blasts out Ruiz Junior in 1 round in the rematch.

Chart was not a better choice than Ruiz. You're talking crazy talk. In order to keep the Mexican Canelo fan base (they got the AJ fight when they bought the Canelo fight) you choose Ruiz. That was actually a better choice than Miller.

OP why don't you relax. Hearn's whole thing with Joshua was keeping the momentum going and continuing to size Wilder and Fury out with better competition. Joshua isn't a baby. For god's sakes he's a professional athlete. Fighting Ruiz in America wasn't anymore "risky" than facing Povetkin or Parker.

No, a coach knows better than a promoter. And if you're a promoter that cares, with all the unnecessary pressure you have created with your big mouth - you listen to the coach and see the bigger picture. Ruiz didn't bring anything to the table, apart from getting a gift. And Hearn forced that fight.

It's a new terrain with a lot of pressure and no incentive. You just have to ease your fighter in, like Arum is doing with Fury albeit you do it with better opponents than Fury. But not the worst style match-up nightmare you can find on short notice. Everyone knows AJ struggles with short fighters. Fighting Wilder would've been different because there would be a lot at stake.

Even Canelo didn't go for a killer who's a terrible style match-up in his first fight on DAZN. He went for Rocky Fielding. Hearn is an idiot.
