Whats keeping the other side from doing it?

How does the writer of this article know what the contract states? Did the writer read the actual contract? Or is he going off what snake Hearn said out of his mouth??. I'm sure the fight would be happening in Cardiff if it was that simple on paper..
Al Haymon the PowerHouse is supporting Ruiz Jr., can't be mad at Andy for having the best team in boxing behind him

          You can use common sense.

The rematch clause was stipulated by AJ and Hearn, not Ruiz. Use your brain a little. Its not happening in Cardiff as a compromise and because of what happened with Whyte.

The thing is, a legal fight is just not in AJs interest at all. Thats the problem. If Ruiz refuses to fight in anywhere but the US, that will most likely be a better option than a long legal battle.

Shady fight fans are exposing themselves

They don't care about right/wrong. Only if their guy gets his way.

No...I've seen the contract. He signed it "Andrew Rooeez" so he back out of it.

You use your little pea-brain a little bro, if the rematch clause was that detailed there would be no room for Ruiz Jr to talk,,, Powerhouse Al Haymon will protect his fighter

Ruiz has a reputation for balking, he clams everything from fake injury to depression and that's why Arum cut Andy loose. Nobody wants to invest the money into a fight only to have Ruiz walk. Ruiz is far more valuable to Haymon as a disruption used to shake lose the belts than he will ever be as a fighter.

In the end, so what if no other promoter will touch Andy after he balks for this his 4th time. So what if he loses the belts along with value as an opponent. So what if he loses in court and is forced to return money from the original contract.....That will be Andy's problem. In the mean time the belts will go up for grabs and that is what Haymon NEEDS. In short, Andy is being used until he's used up....period.

                    Boarder-line racketeering.

Get this straight, Ruiz has no value beyond the belts. He's not a draw and he has no name. Andy is a 500k to 3 mil opponent like Ortiz there is no future in Andy. Haymon will use Andy and then toss his unmarketable fat ass like an old shoe.
