My understanding is PBC wants to force AJ into being a mandatory for Ruiz or Wilder and let it go to purse bid. As the challenger AJ would be entitled to 25% of the purse in a purse bid.

This is their way of sticking it to eddie.

It's interesting that #2 for IBF is vacant so unless some shenanigans happen and they put someone else in that spot it should be Pulev v Kownacki for the vacant title

People can only speculate for now, but if Ruiz vacates the IBF belt, then the only guarantee is that Pulev has to fight for it against the highest ranked available opppnent by May 2020. Currently that is Kownacki. By the time it comes to negotiate a fight, it could be someone else.

The IBF rule book specifically states they don't recognize rematch clauses. They dgaf about what's written into a contract between Ruiz & AJ.

He doesn't listen to me or anyone he thinks isn't a fan of AJ. Can an AJ fan please explain to him the process of what happens if the IBF strips Ruiz or he vacates.

In a way it almost doesn't matter, because it will end in Fury hands.

Probably the reason why the IBF allowed the Ruiz v AJ rematch.

And because of that IBF will in the very least an Interm title fight should the champion be unable to compete and/ or stripped , they will motion for a new opponent for AJ.
I'm too new to the site to know whether you're a troll or not, but the information you're posting is false.

Sanctioning bodies do not recognize rematch clauses. Nobody has the right to promise a title shot to somebody else. As far as the IBF is concerned, it's a voluntary defense being granted on the condition the winner agree in writing to face Pulev next.

If Ruiz vacates, Pulev faces the next highest contender for the vacant title. Point blank period. Joshua has no standing to leap frog Konwacki if the championship becomes vacant. You're simply wrong.

I wouldn't blame Ruiz if he gave up one belt not to fight where Hearn holds all the cards.
