Explain what happens If Ruiz vacates or gets stripped for the IBF belt?

This guy keeps saying if Ruiz vacates or gets stripped then Pulev vs. AJ will be for the vacant IBF belt because the belt is tied to the event, not the champion.

Its really not up to Hearn because the belt is vacant if Ruiz cannot fight and that means the next available fighter to fill in the Saudi Arabia date is a mandatory . Really anyone;s guess but Ruiz will be a non title holder with a current contract in play ,this isn't avoidable
He doesn't listen to me or anyone he thinks isn't a fan of AJ. Can an AJ fan please explain to him the process of what happens if the IBF strips Ruiz or he vacates.

Pulev-Kownacki for the vacant IBF title per the IBF's current heavyweight rankings.

I keep trying to explain that to him but he's convinced himself the Joshua will fight for the title against the next highest rated contender

AJ can’t fight for the belt coming off of a loss. This guy knows jackshyt. It’s a known fact Juggernaut isn’t this guys first name it’s his surname, hence the name Jack Juggernaut

Ask this weapon head what happens if Ruiz refuses to rematch AJ what happens to the belt, some of these clowns believe AJ’s contract means he fights for the belt regardless. Ruiz vs Pulev will be ordered after the WBO rotation which is due imminently unlike the IBF which isn’t quite due just yet but will almost certainly be immediately after Ruiz vs AJ.

Someone told these guys that despite AJ losing that he is 100% entitled to those belts no matter what and regardless of what Andy does that somehow he can get all his Belts Back in one fight against whoever...

You never know with these Belt Organizations, in this ERA for the right amount of money they just might allow that so I can't really say for sure. What SHOULD happen is that based on their Rankings #1 vs #2 fights for the Vacant Belt. So Yeah it would be Pulev vs Kownacki for the IBF Belt as well as Usyk vs Tyson Fury for the WBO (would never happen) but based on the Ranking that is what would be ordered for the WBO but we all know Arum pull with the WBO. If that belt becomes available, Fury is getting it!

I think the WBA would stick things out with Andy based on their history. Thurman was out for 2 years and kept his Belt so I think they would stick with Andy and wait for him.

That is not the Scenario that Eddie Hearn and AJ wants I'm sure!

The IBF will push for Pulev , his mandatory . The next 2 doesn't get the fight , technically Juggs is correct because there's a fight signed and the opposition has to face AJ , you guys are lost and don't know the IBF can rule on favor with an existing scheduled fight if it wishes to have the event to forward and all the sanctioned bodies are involved ,not just IBF a single body there's 4 of them , that have agreed to this fight .

This is false. Ruiz vs. Joshua is a voluntary defense. If Ruiz vacates, the top two contenders will be ordered to fight for the title. Joshua isn't entitled to a shot.

It's not a regular voluntary defense it's happening because Ruiz is being forced with a written contract he must honour .

And because of that IBF will in the very least an Interm title fight should the champion be unable to compete and/ or stripped , they will motion for a new opponent for AJ.
