For Ruiz' win to be a "fluke" they would need to fight at least 2 more times with AJ winning both. As it stands now ths only thing we know for sure is that Ruiz KTFO of AJ rather brutally, so brutally in fact that AJ was a bumbling idiot for nearly half a day.
