Pacquiao agreed to blood testing, then Floyd wanted more. This was at a time when blood testing wasn't even a thing.

It was always going to be something else, more and more road-blocks.

Olympic drug testing involves year round random testing.
Floyd never did that. USADA always began testing after FM announced the fight.
