It's quite obviously not a dead topic because everywhere you go you see people saying floyd ducked pac or floyd waited for pac to get old, which is absolutely incorrect.

As a boxing purist, I'm going to speak out whenever the community is so substantially wrong and misinformed.

Why does that matter?

Floyd had never requested extra testing of any other fighter.

Floyd requested Olympic style testing from opponents. Manny is the only one who has a problem

and what happened when pac did agree? floyd simply changed his demands. something he had done in the past to squirm out of fights. he got his bluff called. why are you pretending that didnt happen?

and do we even have to get into why pac was hesitant to agree to the testing? look what happened. usada stood there while floyd cheated and allowed it. a "physical ailment" was the reason floyd needed that IV. a good work around the rules but are we going to pretend that the testing was legit? floyd knew how to beat it and they even gave him a tue for that "physical ailment" 3 weeks after the fight. ridiculous.pac got suckered into a testing system floyd knew how to beat. meanwhile pac was prevented from taking a legal shot of toradol.

for those who keep making the "everything was agreed to!" argument go look up floyd mayweather vs winky wright. literally the same thing happened. everything was agreed to! including a rehydration clause that floyd never thought winky would agree to. when winky agreed what happened next...floyd changed the money! but yeah he would have fought pac if pac just agreed...cept he didnt

Manny was the first one he requested it from. Usada’s first involvement in pro boxing was Floyd vs Mosley, which was months after the Floyd/pac negotiations fell apart. He had to request it from everyone afterwards for consistency, or else he would have looked like a puzzy.
