    public perception says otherwise

hell, even thurman said floyd ducked pac

Those videos are old. That was after pacquiao backed out of the 2010 negotiations.

I was here I was following those negotiations religiously because I was a P4ctard and this fight was the most important fight to me after pacquiao beat cotto I wanted to see him face off Floyd in the biggest fight ever.

What happened was Floyd agreed to 50/50, and then when he demanded Olympic style blood testing, Pacquiao didn't want to accept because he said needles and blood testing made him weak. Then after they couldn't get over the hurdle of Olympic style blood testing, the negotiations fell apart and They both moved on.

I was here. I followed every single day of the negotiations you can't bullshlt me.

Every single morning during the 2010 negotiations when I woke up, I Googled pacquiao vs floyd, and I read every single article for updates about the fight.

I know exactly what the hell happened

Mayweather asking Pac for testing yet he himself caught injecting a peds masking agent in their fight. I do not see an issue if both are doing it. The moment the testing was agreed upon then he switch to a new demand then another was straight up ducking.

Mayweather was begging for the Pac fight before going to prison. Manny and Arum refused to even negotiate. They went on record saying that the Floyd fight would always be there and that they choose Marquez instead for now.

Then he was blasted to Bolivian, which pushed back the fight even more because he had to rebuild.

If you need me to fish up Mayweather asking for Pac to fight and Top Rank's response saying the fight will always be there and refusing to negotiate, choosing Marquez instead, just ask.

It was saline solution. More saline solution is taken to cure a hangover than what Mayweather took. And samples from BEFORE and AFTER the infusion were taken.

Testing wasn't agreed upon until they finally agreed to fight. After the first time it broke down, Mayweather went on record saying testing will only be allowed up to the fight. Then Manny began saying he would finally agree to 14 days out.

By the time he was ready to get to full testing, he was already laid out by Marquez and in rebuild mode.

I vaguely remember Floyd saying “yes, Pacquiao you are next” to “i never said that” to “i’m just saying what you guys want to hear” during the build up to the Ortiz fight. Were these negotiations the 40mil flat fee ones? I stand corrected I guess.

Well what negotiations were you referring to. The one where Arum said a cut will take eons to heal, or the fight would require a new stadium that's still being built?

Bottom line is we see evidence that Pac's side refused to negotiate. Want to see it yourself?

And no, it wasn't about the flat fee. That was a phone call in 2012. This was negotiations they were trying to have at the end of 2011 for a may fight in 2012, which was declined by Pac's camp.

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer reveals that they contacted Bob Arum to begin negotiations, but Arum turned them down because he plans on pursuing a fourth fight between Pacquiao and Marquez.

The latest round of negotiations for the potential megafight between welterweight champions Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. are over before they have even begun.

If you need me to find he direct quote from top rank saying that they choose Marquez over Mayweather, let me know bro.

Arum blocked that fight. He came up with all the bs excuse about Manny bring scared of needles and building a stadium. Arum knew what the outcome would be and he wanted to milk his biggest star as much as possible. 100% sure Manny never ducked Floyd. Arum is a snake

Pacquiao agreed to blood testing, then Floyd wanted more. This was at a time when blood testing wasn't even a thing.

It was always going to be something else, more and more road-blocks.

But who cares honestly, Pacquiao's resume speaks for itself, he's still out there crackin skulls of prime fighters.

Enjoy it, for we'll never see the like again.
