Floyd never ducked manny. Manny ducked Floyd.

Back in 2010, floyd agreed to all of manny's conditions. Floyd even agreed to a 50/50 split.

Then when Floyd wanted Blood testing, that's when manny pulled out of the negotatiations.

That fight didn't happen because of Manny, not because of floyd.

    P4ctards get your facts straight.
    - -TUE 50-0turds, get yer facts straight.

Manny agreed to blood testing that was thrown out in the last minute of the contract negotiations, just not TUE blood testing.

TUE forfeited his MGM deposit for the date that Manny fulfilled against Clottey in the Cowboy Stadium debut whom TUE ducked.

What grade you in now? 7th?

Not sure you get how negotiations work, pacquiao wanted a cut off, mayweather wouldn’t allow it, mayweather didn’t “give” pacquiao 50/50, nor Pacquiao to mayweather, they equally agreed, everything was signed off on except the testing. Pacquiao was the pfp #1, he had more hype at the time, so it makes no sense to use the 50/50 agreement as Mayweather wanting the fight but not Pacquiao.

Since the first negotiations Mayweather refused to ever return to the negotiating table, until Pacquiao lost, got iced and was able to now be muscled in negotiations.

Is that considered prime? I don’t know considering how loose that word is used around here. Did it take about 8yrs for that fight to finally happen?

Well Leonard certainly was not prime, he had Retina surgery and was out of the ring for some time..Hagler also had over 60 fights..

Except Floyd openly insists he deserves credit for being smart by marinating the fight for five years. From 2011 he moved the goal post with at least ten different excuses.

Pacquiao has proven himself to be a true warrior, taking on fights with tough opponents. He walked through fire against Barrera, Morales and Marquez. Wanted rematches with his toughest opponents, even when he lost. Meanwhile, Floyd was risk averse, avoiding the best at their best. He did it with Mosley, Cotto, Canelo, Marquez, and others. Avoided Casamayor, Freitas, Johnston, Williams, Margarito, Martinez, Wright, and other dangerous challengers.

Of course there's a lot more. Floyd's TBE for a reason.
Whole lot more I might add. The goal post kept on going and going till Pac was cooked by Marquez and Pac's torn rotator gave way lmao

Only then Floyd grew a pair, and when the fight came about. Floyd ran and hug to a tune of 200 milliondollars with IVs to mask his fraud ways lolololol
