No, he's suing Charr's promoter for the 325k in escrow from the canceled fight. The promoter wants to use that money to pay Oquendo for a rescheduled fight and Oquendo's attorneys say he's entitled to the purse from the drug test failure plus a new purse.

There isn't going to be a nickel of that money left that that isn't going to legal fees when all is said and done. What a mess.
