                                    Charr and Fres Oquendo I don't know how in the HELL they stay ranked without being active. Fres Oquendo is still rated #15 and that man haven't fought since 2014 while Charr haven't fought since 2017 I mean What In The Actually F#CK is going on with the WBA Heavyweight Ranks
