No, he's suing Charr's promoter for the 325k in escrow from the canceled fight. The promoter wants to use that money to pay Oquendo for a rescheduled fight and Oquendo's attorneys say he's entitled to the purse from the drug test failure plus a new purse.

I'm not sure he can, he's still the same guy who got stopped by Teper. He used his jab well against Allen but I don't see it.....
