Maybe Joshua suffering from a concussive relapse. He’s been down 4x. So that’s going to ring in his memory bank. Maybe he’s banking on Ruiz having a bad night

Maybe they didn't have a rematch clause in their contractThis is further evidence that Joshua needs some different people around him! After Big George lost the Rumble in the Jungle, he fought Ron Lyle. After Ali loss to Frazier in 1971, he fought Jimmy Ellis. After Frazier lost to Big George, he fought Joe Bugner. After Mike Tyson lost to Buster Douglas, he fought Henry Tillman. After Pacquiao was nearly decapitated by JMM, he fought Brandon Rios. I would say Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Tyson, and Pacquiao, are all warriors!Comment

Nice one......point 4 pointLennox Lewis lost to Rahman and fought an immediate rematch and won.
Ray Leonard lost to Duran and fought an immediate rematch and won.
Jose Louis Castillo lost to Diego Corrales and fought an immediate rematch and won.
Either Joshua can beat Ruiz or he can't. An interim fight isn't gonna help himComment

No, you just don’t like the guy and you’re a Wilder fanboy. I have seen you call him all kinds of names, especially for a guy who’s the ultimate professional that doesn’t denigrate anyone.
When it comes to AJ, apart from Rid**** Bowe and George Foreman - none of you Americans can be trusted. You lot want the guy to fail so bad and your “Breadman” is most likely going to be a fifth columnist. Thanks but no thanks.Comment

Wow - Someone got triggered.Fu..ck a warm up, we run it back straight away. We're warriors out here not melted cheese eating fat yanks. And no big guns needed like gun toting yank thugs because the knuckles are the big guns. Built differently and cut from a different cloth.
Fat cu.nt Ruiz is getting sparked out cold in the rematch. Two times!Comment

With 4 sanctioning bodies, Good chance Joshua wins a belt again sometime. But the aura is likely gone forever. Seems to be a good guy. He should do more of the public speaking than Hearn - who after the disgraceful “shhhh - don’t tell Rivas” fiasco is a villainComment

hearn just wants those belts back in his control, he can def win but the way he lost and was destroyed tells me he needed a tune up, people bringing up lewis losing to Rahman have to consider it was a one punch deal, aj was destroyed from post to pillar!Comment

good points but none of those guys were beaten in the fashion aj was, even with lewis it was a one punch deal but he wasn't being destroyed, aj got destroyed and showed a lot of flaws that I think need to be addressed and I don't know if they can be addressed in this short amount of timeLennox Lewis lost to Rahman and fought an immediate rematch and won.
Ray Leonard lost to Duran and fought an immediate rematch and won.
Jose Louis Castillo lost to Diego Corrales and fought an immediate rematch and won.

Well go read what George Foreman said! Here's a hint, he doesn't recommend an immediate rematch, and he's offered to help Joshua too!No, you just don’t like the guy and you’re a Wilder fanboy. I have seen you call him all kinds of names, especially for a guy who’s the ultimate professional that doesn’t denigrate anyone.

At least Big George has always been positive about the guy and full of praises for him. He has never said anything negative about the guy. Ditto Rid**** Bowe.
Obviously anyone who watched the fight in real time due to the shock factor would say that. However, once you watch it again and analyse it properly, you’d see that Ruiz was just lucky on the night with lucky shot that hit the right place. It’s not like Ruiz punches hard because if he does, there’s no way an AJ who was gone after the 3rd rd with no legs would last another 4 rds in the ring with him. And with that, AJ was still hitting with big shots at will.Comment
