part of my problem with briggs is that his size keeps going up.

i dont see how its anymore beneficial for him to be 270 than it was for williams to be 288.

id be a lot more worried about briggs if it were the 230 pound version, he could probably carry power well into the 4th round

Briggs hasn't weighed anywhere near that since he was in his late 20's.

Besides, the weight is a factor as rounds wear on, not early in an allout slug fest.

the weight probably wont make a difference.. briggs will do what he always do, try to blow the guy out early... he still seems to have his hand speed with the added weight... in the 1st round if briggs doesnt have any success and wlad pops him a few times.. the fight wil be essentially over...

bumrushing wlad is nothing new, alot of guys try it... except for sanders, nobody else has got wlad out of there early and sanders didnt even bumrush him...

im just saying he has to have lost a certain amount of quickness while gaining 40 pounds. conditioning isnt gonna make or break this fight, i was just ****in around by sayin hed carry power to the 4th, cause obviously shannon doesent want the fight to make it that far.

he may have lost some speed with the weight, but his hands are still pretty fast... maybe not as fast wlad's though and he doesnt punch as straight as wlad..

....No he won't, because he knows better than anyone else what he's up against, and he knows he is talkiing out of his ass. He has a punchers chance and that's it. Wlad will box his ears off. People can talk about Wlad's chin all they want but Briggs is vulnerable in that category as well. I can see Briggs going for broke early and getting caught and stopped before the fight gets rolling. IMO Wlady is on a mission nowadays. Therefore, whatever you put in front of him, he destroys.

.....This fight is going to be exciting while it lasts. Bombs are going to be thrown and I will bet anyone at the scene up to 5 Billion points that this one will never ever go the distance.
