No need to be reading into things. I didn't mean to imply anything about you.

Alright, no problem. I didnt think it was directed towards me, but its just you said "nuthugger sentiment is saying that Briggs is dangerous" and then I realized that I had just said something similar to that. But, we're OK

"If" Briggs goes in looking for the KO from the opening bell, I think he's got a 50/50 shot.

If not, he's all but finished.

Please save the vomiting. You would have said the same thing before the Sanders fight. And don't start telling me about how Briggs in no Corrie Sanders.

Lol, you know someone was waitin to say that. The difference is however, preparation. Wlad was a different fighter then, at least now, we can say he'll be far more AWARE of his chin factor. But Briggs is awfully fast and agressive, while Sanders was looking to counter. Which is worse? Anyone's guess.

briggs is as good as sanders, i wouldnt claim otherwise so there is no need to put words in my mouth.

simply put wladamir is much more focused and experienced in dealing with his weakness than when he fought sanders. if he has fought briggs that day he would have been knocked out by shannon just as easily, but that was a long time ago. plus sanders was a lefty, which obiously was a problem for wlad, briggs will not present that challenge and will be much easier to train and prepare for.

wlad is too precise for shannon, when briggs misses he is gonna get drilled, i dont see his chin holding up any better than wlads would to his power, i just dont think 50/50 is accurate. yeah briggs has a chance, but its just not that good of one.

Wheather he's prepared to deal with his weakness or not, his weakness is still being easilly hurt and stunned, and he's fighting a big puncher who's fast for his size and puts punchers together.

part of my problem with briggs is that his size keeps going up.

i dont see how its anymore beneficial for him to be 270 than it was for williams to be 288.

id be a lot more worried about briggs if it were the 230 pound version, he could probably carry power well into the 4th round
