Alvarez gave up his holiday, now he's taking a pay cut. WTF
Seems like the diva will do anything to avoid a fight with Golovkin.

I agree. So long as he fight the fighters that DAZN wants. If not, then he can expect a sizable deduction in his pay again.

The problem is they overestimated Canelo's stock, worth and value. He has not brought in the amount of subscribers they were expecting.

this sounds like dazn saving face. first it had to be golovkin. then only golovkin or kovalev. then derevyanchenko but you have to fight golovkin after. now it's ok deveryanchenko, doesnt have to be golovkin but you get paid less. i bet he still making between $25 to 30 million,

He signed for an 11 fight 365 million deal...ggg wasn't even in the picture when nelo signed that contract...now that they offered ggg a third fight with nelo so he would sign with dazn that's between ggg and dazn...what if ggg never signed with dazn would we be having this discussion...

I don't see how. Unless he starts stepping up his level of competition he can expect another dock in his pay from here on out. They must come to a resolution on Saul Alvarez. If Canelo is Hell bent on being defiant and insubordinate who refuses to do as he is told then DAZN may have no choice but to buy out the rest of his contract by giving him his walking papers.

He can see the handwriting on the wall. It's just as you've already has previously stated. This relationship will not end well for either party involved.

Not if he doesn't fulfill his side of the contract.
