Doping in Boxing should be considered felony assault, punishable up to 1-5 years in prison, depending the level of steroids found active. This is the only solution to keep the sport clean!

This situation in no way relates to the wbc prior behavior towards anything. Its no surprise your such a canelo Hating clown your once again doing mental gymnastics that contradict everything you've ever claimed when it was canelo.
When Canelo got popped for clen it was for Clen which is eaten daily in mexico in the majority of meat-PROVEN FACT.
The wbc didn't do anything for Canelo, they literally allowed him to be wrongfully suspended by nsac until he submitted to a hair follicle test & countless other testing,& until there was an investigation into the matter. And they made him submit evidence like anyone else,it was only after the mountains of evidence supporting his case that he was allowed to fight for the belts,& all the orgs including the COMPLETELY unbiased IBF came to same conclusions. They still made sure the rematch only happened after mos of thorough testing.
When canelo was tested it was out of competition & for the tiniest amount of weak clen that had previously been allowed by vada themselves for other fighters with higher dosages.
As for ***** Whyte he was allowed to fight for the belt & is such a hypocrite coward along with hearn that he still cheated with bs gloves & didn't say anything to Rivas whatsoever after calling 4 life ban 4 nelo. And the roid he was popped with was as powerful a straight up roid as they come,& unlike clen is impossible for him to have ingested accidentally especially after he already got popped for supplements he willingly took & was suspended 2 yrs beforehand.
You're once again proving you know fkall about boxing, roids,or fairness. All you do is come on boxingscene to hate Canelo.EXPOSED yet again
He was rightfully suspended and they had no way of stopping it.
Neither was he allowed to fight for the belts because of "mountains of evidence supporting his case"
He was banned from competition for 6 months - which was nowhere near long enough - and only allowed to fight again after the ban was served.Comment

Dillian Whyte might as well give it up now. Unless he is able to provide a negative B-sample, he is toast in the U.S. and to the other parts of the world. The only thing I admire about the U.K. System is that they have a centralized commission.
We don't have that here stateside. Every state has its own autonomy when it comes to drafting its own constitution, laws, rules and regulations. A fighter can be banned in one venue but is free and is granted a license to fight in another venue.Comment

This whole thing points to coverup, Hearn could've easily told Rivas about the test & the fight would've still gone ahead anyways, but Hearn the (same clown that has crucified anyone popped for anything whatsoever) had the audacity to not even notify Rivas, this after all the literal sht flinging about" lifetime bans for attempting to murder his fighters" or "its disgusting that fighters like Miller tried to commit attempted murder on AJ, imagine if we wouldn't have found out in time,he might've killed AJ" or "Canelo should be lifetime banned for clen" yet here this wily **** knew several days in advance about straight up roid use by ***** whyte & even held a secret meeting & still used cheat gloves to add insult to injury. Hearn should be banned for life by his own accord. That tony bellend gimp should never show his face again either as that hypocrite twat is hiding out after all the sht he was flinging beforehand about other fighters.Comment

I understand but the point is that he could have been suspended. This whole affair reeks of corruption. Sounds like they didn't want to cancel on short notice and lose all that dough Rivas should have been notified even if they weren't "legally" required to do so. Shame on Eddie Hearn. Would U.S promoters have done the same? I hope not!Comment

This. The only plausible explanation is that other UKAD and VADA tests evidenced the fact that Whyte"s positive test could only have come from contamination and not intentionally doping (which would otherwise be difficult to prove).Comment

Doping negates the consent to sporting assault. So you could use the present assault laws. But it would only apply to intentional doping; Miller definately, Whyte unlikely.Comment
