That's definitely possible, but the Pedraza fight was 7 years ago. He had 11 professional bouts prior to facing Pedraza, and it doesn't seem like he had any amateur record to speak of. He now has 35 fights, so it's reasonable to think that he's improved over that time and that largely accounts for his current winning streak more-so than the quality of opposition. Saying that, his resume IS missing that one noteworthy opponent necessary to solidify his standing.
