That rubbish was what Hearn was talking about when he said that legal letters had already been sent to news outlets who published false information about UKAD and the BBBoC.
UKAD and the BBBoC have the power to provisionally suspend any athlete who tests positive immediately, if they think it necessary.
If UKAD didn't have the power to suspend Whyte before his B sample was analysed, then why did they call him in for a meeting to decide whether to clear him to fight or not?
