He was asked, before he eluded to the fact that he cannot say certain things due to the legal process. He was like “Team Whyte” would put out a statement soon. I haven’t heard anything from Team Whyte apart from “I beat Rivas fair and square”

I don't think so, or he wouldn't have been cleared to fight after being interviewed by UKAD. But I don't know for sure till all the facts come out.

Ruiz cannot abandon his legal duties, and judging by his latest social media account I think his lawyers must have told him to retract his statements, you have Leonard Ellerbe telling him not to go to England, which I understand but the fact of the matter is he has a signed contract which restricts him.

So knocking out AJ in the first fight, doesn’t mean he can control his destiny when it comes to the rematch, not signing a contract would mean he can control his destiny.... But again! He has a signed contract...
What's the penalty for not going to the UK? Is it something so big that Al Haymon can't slide it back to him in the form of a bonus or a very low-interest loan? Who needs the rematch more? Who needs "redemption?" Is it Ruiz or Joshua? People break rules everyday, it's just the question of "How big is the penalty?" Just ask Trump!

Yup it took him 2days to come up with that statement which makes matters even worse “I beat Rivas fair and square with the help of some ped’s and gloves that wasn’t approved or inspected”

            Stop fucking lying about it!
When told about the initial positive, Whyte asked for his B sample to be tested, as is his right, which would not have been possible until this week. This meant Ukad, the sport’s governing body the British Boxing Board of Control, and the World Boxing Council’s chosen testing body the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency had little option but to allow him to fight.

            Here’s another one for you....

Under rules in place in the United Kingdom, Whyte has a right of appeal. UKAD takes the position that, until the adjudication process is over and due process is complete, there has not been a finding that a fighter is in breach of its PED protocols and no sanctions can be put in place by the British Boxing Board of Control.

Of what? That he pissed in a cup? That Whyte's ban asked to go in for a meeting? That he's been cleared?

Should Hearn be blogging about Whyte's daily activities to Rivas?

If he had something to tell him, he would have told him. You think Hearn is going to risk his career for the sake of Dillian Whyte getting an interim title?

              • Pathetic how they're acting like he didn't do ****, he responded today without saying he never tested positive and he never said he was clean. The guy popped dirty for roids in the past, do we really think its not believable?

I want to find some more content on those gloves Whyte was allowed to use for that fight, because they certainly looked a lot smaller than the ones Rivas was using. Worst part about all of this is a guy comes to Britain expecting fairness and transparency but all he gets is bull****...

VADA didn't have little option. They had one option, which was to report it. They don't sanction.

                  UKAD may still sanction him.

But here's the thing... if it was a clear beach. PED use or similar. Wouldn't VADA report it? They were apparently at the hearing.

I'm guessing this is something really minor. I don't believe that both UKAD and VADA would hold a hearing before the fight and say "Ah, fook it. Just fight and we'll hope you don't kill the guy".

That would be the end of both of them.

I might be a dunce, because that reads like gibberish to me!

I think you're saying that UKAD couldn't do anything.

And VADA don't have their tests back yet (so what's the point of pre fight testing?).

And that the WBC's appointed doping agency knew about it but couldn't report back to the WBC?

So... you believe that he could be roided up to the gills and the agencies wouldn't do anything?

Then... why hold an urgent meeting with him?
