With that said, it appears that Hearn is being a bit disingenuous in his tweet. Purposely I may add, as I presume that he is fully aware of each en****** role in the process.

Hopefully there's a explanation or whytes career is over just as it was about to take off

UKAD takes the position that, until the adjudication process is over and due process is complete, there has not been a finding that a fighter is in breach of its PED protocols and no sanctions can be put in place by the British Boxing Board of Control.
"Sanctions" = punishment for a PED violation ... fines, bans, whatever.
Suspension pending investigation is not a "sanction"
Tyson and Hughie Fury were suspended immediately when charged by UKAD and the adjudication process was never completed because a settlement was reached before it even began.
When Whyte failed a previous UKAD test a few days before a fight, he was charged with a violation, suspended immediately, and the fight was cancelled
This time, Whyte wasn't suspended after being flagged and the fight wasn't cancelled.
Based on that, and the tweet by Hearn, "both fighters were cleared to fight by UKAD and VADA" I am able to deduce that Dillian wasn't charged with any PED violation before the fight, and it's possible that he still hasn't been charged with anything and maybe never will be.
What do you think, Sherlock?Last edited by kafkod; 07-25-2019, 08:43 AM.

Following a number of telephone conversations with a UKAD official, the British Boxing Board of Control and promoter Frank Maloney a decision not to appear at the press conference for the English heavyweight title against John Mcdermott was made. Whyte's team have claimed it was from a pre-workout drink which Whyte used in the lead up to his last bout, unaware that the product had been banned from retail outlets in the UK only weeks before.
Whyte and his team have committed to co-operate fully with the UKAD and the British Boxing Board of Control in the coming weeks.
Whyte said: “I have nothing to hide it's a genuine mistake and I urge all boxers to double check all ingredients in all pre-workout drinks they take, I would hate to see another boxer make the same mistake I have.”
Whyte and his team agreed pullout fight he could of still went on with it but nice try... This failed test happen with just 3 days left before ppv you really think Hearn was going cancel the whole card being as though none of the other fights scheduled could justify still carrying on with it on ppv as main event? UKAD/BBBC allows fighters to fight pending investigation being complete it says so on they testing site..... THE FURYS FAKED DEPRESSION/SKIN DISORDER WHY THEY DIDNT FIGHT WHILE INVESTIGATION TOOK PLACE AND UKAD JUST WASHED THEY HANDS WITH IT AND BACKDATED SUSPENSION
EDIT: BBBC/UKAD LET MOLINA GO THROUGH WITH HIS FIGHT AFTER HE FAILED A TEST BEFORE BOUT TOOK PLACE AND ONLY SUSPENDED HIM AFTER THEY COMPLETED INVESTIGATIONLast edited by SchoolTheseCats; 07-25-2019, 08:47 AM.
