That's not true. The rules on Oxylofrine are exactly the same in the US as they are in the UK, ... it isn't illegal except on the day of the fight. UKAD follows WADA rules on what is allowed and what isn't, as does USADA.

BJS couldn't defend his title because MSAC wouldn't license him, but he wasn't charged with a PED violation because he didn't break any WADA rules.

Looking back though, Whyte was the one that looked a bit out of it not really excited for becoming the mandatory. Hearn though? Didn't see that from him.

Watch Hearn's interview with Boxing Socials after the fight and the post-fight press conference. And you'll notice he looked flat. Dillian Whyte definitely wasn't happy and he kept saying he didn't have a good camp and a lot of things went wrong.
