PEDS in boxing is nothing new, lots of fighters have been caught using it. so please explain to me how a fighter from a 3rd world country is able to cheat the system for so long? and why cant other fighters follow the same steps manny is taking to get away with it without getting caught??!!!

im sure before someone cheats, they gotta think about it first, research it, etc. i dont think anyone looking to cheat is just gonna use peds out of the blue without doing some research first.
