You know, its just a matter of opinion, Spence may look stunning and very powerful against any A or B class fighter but not to Pacquiao's caliber, even at 41, his speed, footwork and power can also bring trouble to Spence.
I also my doubts against Spence,if a lightweight Garcia can keep up with him for 12 rounds then Manny can bring more competition in the ring,to me it is a tough fight for Pacquiao but a 50-50. If Pacquiao want the fight then so be it, its the best way to test Spence greatness as a fighter.

This is the Best Time Champ

I am an avid PAC fan. Have watched his fights even during the time he was climbing the ranks in 108lbs until now that he became one of boxing greats.
Would love to see him fight and register spectacular wins..but from what i saw last fight, maybe this is the time. Cant bear the sight of PAC being beaten-up by a younger bigger faster welterweights out there like Spence.
Even the likes of Ali, Leonard, Hopkins and Dela Hoya experienced that. Time to hang-up the gloves, enjoy the fruits of ur labor, serve as one of the best Senators of our country.
Time to say goodbye to the game.. so long CHAMP!!!!

When you think about it. Spence couldn't even hurt Mikey with all those one sided beating Mikey took. Spence punches might be over rated. I think Spence is a volume puncher not really a one punch KO boxer. That tells you Pac can do more in that fight. Not saying Pac will win, but obviously Pac can win it.

Manny needs to go out champion
The fading in the second half of the fight , says it all
I think Spence hurts him and not because Spence is a monster just because Father Time has caught up to Manny
                  Fugh all to prove

If PAC fights Spence, either way, it won’t be good for Spence. If he loses, he was over rated. If he wins, the same people that think Pac has a shot to be competitive before the fight will say afterwards that Spence just roughed up and beat up an old fighter who had one too many bouts. And then they will say he should have fought Crawford instead. And those same people right now are saying Crawford hasn’t beat a top welterweight yet and is over rated himself so I guess he is only a viable option when it’s convenient to fit their narrative or personal theories.

I’m being sarcastic but some people always talk out of both sides of their mouth. Spence can only fight who is in front of him going forward and the only fights remaining at welterweight after Porter will be Manny, Crawford, and Thurman and Garcia if they can grab a few more significant wins themselves over the next year or two. And even if Spence beats down every one in the division starting with Porter, then they will tell him to go up and fight Canelo or somebody else. Or they will say Spence fought in a weak welterweight era. In other words, you can never win with some people, they will never give you the credit or respect you deserve. There will always be something else with fickle fans and casual boxing fans.

Ellerbe is protecting Spence just like Arum protected Crawford.

                      These weak welters got exposed.
