I think the latter is more likely. He has a puncher's chance, most def. But as far as trying to go the distance for a decision, Spence grinds him down before that happens.

Or he at least wouldn't exhaust himself and drown in deep water. If Floyd couldn't stop Boldamir, Corley or Castillo then I doubt he'd put Garcia away. If Floyd really wants to stop Garcia he probably could like Gatti. But that's not his style nor did he imploy that against the guys I just listed.
He was beating the sht out of Corley and being very offensive is how I remember it. He’s not stopping Garcia though he doesn’t have the power, he can try his heart out but Mikey is no washed up Gatti.

I'm Spence fan and pulling for him to be undisputed ww 2020-21.
But I like Manny, dont want to see him get mauled by Spence.[ Manny's got nothing else to prove. if he retires the belt gets tossed up for grabs by the top guys ie. Garcia, Porter, Crawford, Thurman may even get a chance to get it back. End of the day Errol ends up with all the belts and Manny gets out without further damage.

Someone is going to have to ask him. lol. Very strange.
I was looking at pics of him and postol and I'd say Crawfords reach is definitely longer than 69. I'd say it's more than likely 71'. At worst it's 70 inches and some change, which is still good reach. It's guy that are 6'ft with that reach. Against Khan a prefight thing has him listed as 70'
