He was tested under that program once a month ago, another with the VADA style program instituted by the WBA and the promoters and a third by the NSAC. He was tested 3x for this fight, and Thurman only twice.

My honest opinion is that,no doubt at age of 40 Pacquiao can still compete and beat any young champion in the division and that only shows how great he is as a fighter. in regards to fighting Spence Jr or Crawford its a 50-50 fight and still a winnable fight for Pacquiao but this could be a very tough fight for him, his hand speed and quickness can still bring trouble to any welterweight in the division, if he box a little bit more rather than go toe to toe, then will have better chance of winning by decision with less damaging effect to his body.One or two fights then retire, their is nothing more to prove, Pacquiao's position in the top 10 GOAT is already assured.
