When did Canelo not sign back up?
To be a WBC champ he has to stay enrolled. Canelo is still in VADA testing. He only stepped out of it a couple months during his suspension and then went right back so what are you talking about?

You are forgetting that GB's folks were already in negotiations with Golovkin for a September fight. Those negotiations broke down when Golovkin insisted on fighting only in New York. Apart from the fight itself, you don't seem to have a clue about what logical means. Re-read your statement and you will see that there is nothing logical about it. He also signed back up during his suspension in 2018 and has been enrolled in VADA ever sense. He just fought Danny in May which was under the VADA testing as well.

It's odd to me that some fans claim Canelo is a prima donna, but give GGG passes for having many requirements in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd fights
