Can you send me a copy of the contract seeing you must have read it, why would DANZ sign Golovkin for 3 fights at such a ridiculous amount of money, to host the 3rd fight, you can’t honestly be that ****** surely

I don't know what the problem is with fighting in NY nor does anyone else outside of GB and Canelo. I do know that fighting in Las Vegas has generated serious money for Canelo and GB via sponsorships and casino money. In part, that is why in a market setting Las Vegas usually outbids New York. Another factor is that Nevada is much more tax-friendly than New York.

I hate to be a stickler but your statement that "the only conclusion that can be made is favortism and corruption" is wrong. That is not the only conclusion. By the way, you misspelled favoritism.

Exactly. They wouldn't sign Golovkin to a contract for a ridiculous amount that didn't inlcude the Canelo fight.

The problem is Canelo signed his contract before so won't have Golovkin in his contract. Golovkin isn't going to get the big money without Canelo.

So stop with all the nonsense.
Please note that Alvarez beat Miguel Cotto in November of 2015, one month after testing was to begin by the WBC. But Canelo was not tested by VADA.

So it's just 3 times in the last 3 years, he's been caught. It's nothing.

OK let's assume that Canelo's contract stipulates that he must fight GGG. Remember GGG was a free agent when DAZN signed Canelo and was been heavily courted by Al Haymon and Bob Arum and others. So now they know that Canelo MUST fight Golovkin. Can you imagine the insane amount of money they would put on the table for Golovkin's services because when they land Golovkin THEY dictate the platform, not DAZN. So DAZN would have made a huge blunder, but let's assume DAZN then says no we don't want Canelo to fight GGG, but it is in the contract. Canelo can simply ignore that and fight anyway on PPV or some other platform and collect his cool 30 million from DAZN.

Some friendly advice, don't be so quick about calling people ******. It is very hurtful if they are really ****** and if you meant it as an insult it is a very lame insult. Moreover, you yourself demonstrated some shaky reasoning, I would hesitate to call you ******. I prefer simply assume you are having a bad day.

I did not say that Canelo would be paid more by DAZN for fighting GGG. GGG will get more if he fights Canelo. Canelo got paid less money for fighting Fielding and will get his standard pay from DAZN for fighting GGG. Come on, read carefully, think! Canelo would make more money by fighting in Vegas than in New York, not from DAZN, but from tie-in revenues. As for wanting good fights, I would rather see Canelo fight Andrade and Charlo, who thus far have been avoided by Golovkin, than another GGG fight.

Agreed. Most people feel GGG clearly won the first fight and Canelo clearly won the 2nd (for what it's worth I agree). The only way to really settle it is the 3rd fight. But the 2nd fight almost always shows you what the 3rd fight would be. Because the adjustments have been made and usually you will see more of the same. Canelo has the advantage and the longer this goes the stronger his advantage

So basically it was fight ggg or move off the date. Canelo ran away this time then. The only way he can save face is to fight Andrade in December cuz this looks bad to give up the ppv date to Shawn porter in September. Has porter become the bigger star now? I guess so since he isn’t getting moved off his date. Big loss for canelo

At this point Canelo doesn’t seem interested in fights unless he’s fighting another champion.
He told GGG what to do to earn that third ass whipping. GGG decided to fight bum ass Rolls.
Canelo’s money is the same no matter who he fights. Seems DAZN made promises to GGG to keep him away from Top Rank/ESPN and PBC. That’s their problem, not Canelo’s.

I agree. All this talk about Alvarez wanting to hurt Golovkin by not fighting him or whatever, make me laugh.
Man , this is boxing. hurt him in the ring! Prove you're a better fighter. Be like a Mexican warrior, forget about the financial stuff. It won't happen but a boxing fan can dream.:-)
