Ray was a straight shooter and he knew of the game well. A lot of knowledge was lost in this place by Rays passing. RIP Ray Corso. …….Rockin'

Ray loved boxing that's something you cant take away from him and very knowledgeable ( even if hes offering to buy me a ticket to Florida to fight him )

He grew up in old school era so even if you were right you were always wrong when debating him that doesn't take away his vast knowledge of actually being right when it came to training and teaching young fighters ..something that should be mentioned on here bc that's adding something to the sport because hes bringing people into it .

Ray Corso see you next rnd buddy I know your reading these, you weren't going anywhere until you had closure at least on this because this was your hobby the forum and it was probably a second family to you.

P.S I was the one who asked the forum to check up on him in a thread I posted the other day, didnt know about his bone cancer, ive been through Chemo myself always a tough fight certainly at an older age ...im sure he went out fighting. .

He posted about his battle in a thread in the history section where he often enjoyed posting...

His final post to us apparently 19 days prior to his unfortunate passing....

              RIP Ray Corso. Sadly missed.

You know what they say: "Fighter's fight" its what they do, but never do they hold a grudge...and when it is check out time, never a bad word. You and Ray like many had your moments and they could be amusing. But there was respect there, and it is very interesting that you have had this battle as well J. Good for you for sharing that!

Well as Ray would say: "chicken and stir fry, by kiddies" (of course in this house I have to cook it!)
