Ray was a good dude to talk boxing with. He had good insight and a fresh point of view. He will be missed. R.I.P.

His final post to us apparently 19 days prior to his unfortunate passing....

        RIP Ray Corso. Sadly missed.
Dang. RIP Ray. This is very unfortunate. He always had good posts and was fun to chat with.

Heartbreaking news, but he lived a complete life. He had a ton of personality which was after all his genuine self. On this forum he was a star, a diamond among river rock. I learned many things about boxing from him, some technical, some philosophical. His convictions were grounded in experience, and his writing unpretentious. To say I will miss him would be an understatement. As internet presences go, I loved Ray Corso. RIP, old stick.
