He could have easily chosen an easier route for AJ, like Trevor Bryan or Michael Hunter. Yet with Eddie Hearn's stubborn pride and infinite wisdom, he chose Andy Ruiz, Jr instead; Now Joshua career would never be the same again.

AJ will lose the rematch and Eddie has no one to blame but himself because he chose both the opponent, and the venue. That's what he gets for poaching PBC fighters.

Now it has backfired in his face since there was no venue stipulated in the rematch clause. He left that part of the contract blank.

So at the moment Al Haymon has Eddie Hearn by the balls and can stall the rematch for as long as he wants, until Eddie Hearn is willing and ready to negotiate and agree to all of Haymon's terms in good faith or risk losing all of the belts to the PBC by default.

That is what I call the makings and statue of Goddamned fool my friend; Eddie Hearn not Deontay Wilder. Wilder is at least 100 times smarter than Eddie Hearn and is currently the WBC world heavyweight champion and is still undefeated.

But this isn't about Eddie Hearn and I've always stated that fast mouth Eddie is a loud mouth with no brain cells. And he was lucky Josh fell on his lap and has been able to swim out of the deep waters he threw him into, despite his lack of experience an d that's why I think Josh is a great fighter with great heart. It's also why I laugh when people say Hearn made Josh. Hearn neither has the brain nor strategic inclination to make anyone and everything Matchroom has achieved in boxing came on the back on Josh's success in the ring.

This is about Wilder who has proven over and over again that he's a dumb jock. It's one thing to have the WBC, it's another thing to maximise the WBC and get paid since it's prize fighting.
