Is AJ a Hype Job?

Hard to get relevant fights when top fighters low ball you and 3 of your last 4 opponents couldn't fathom beating you without taking drugs. I love the idea that everyone is just rushing to get their heads torn off their shoulders. Wilder never was over hyped either.Comment

- -Nah, just you in yer pipe dream. The belts that AJ had (that Ruiz now has) were originally Tyson Fury's, but as we all know, AJ did not fight Fury. The belts were stripped and AJ did have to fight him. He has been fighting competition that is not necessarily the toughest and and old washed up Klitchko knocked him down, got wabbled by power shots in several fights (not to mention the beating he got by Ruiz). So, considering the former, do you think AJ was too hyped?Comment

Wilder can be over hyped anyway because he and his team neglected a Wlad Klitschko fight off the bat and made that clear in the ring after Stiverne in 2015, he then dragged his feet with fights no one wanted to see. Joshua cant be over hyped because he unified in 2 years and accumulated 6 title defenses in 22 fights with top ranked guys .
The thread like most Wilder ones are baseless and have no point to it.Comment

AJ is the pinnacle for a lot of h0mosexual fantasies. That explains AJ's fanbase here on NSB.Comment

Opposition never got harder. The Wlad that fought Josh will beat all the current heavyweights. And both Dillian Whyte and Povetkin will beat Ruiz. He wasn't just fully fit mentally and physically for the fight. The normal Josh would've blasted Ruiz out of there in 3-4 rds and you will see that in the rematch. As the opposition has got better, he has looked worse.
He didn't look good against Takem, Povetkin or Parker.
Wilder and Fury didn't duck him or anyone he KO'd either.
That's just bull**** spin by Hearn.
He was desperate to keep Joshua away from those two, because he feared what eventually transpired with Ruiz.
His golden goose cooked.
No one cares about Eddie Hearn, the scumbag just loves waffling. Josh became the man because of the way and manner in which he got up during the Wlad fight and won the fight. Even Deontay Wilder who was ringside was amazed, hence he stayed ducking Josh.
Hearn is going to be past tense once Josh forges his own path. He's his own man not anyone's golden goose.Comment

He's not his own man at all. He's the polar opposite of his own man.Opposition never got harder. The Wlad that fought Josh will beat all the current heavyweights. He has zero charisma because he tries so hard to be perfect all the time, to keep all his sponsors happy. It's so obvious. The way he talks in interviews is so contrived.
He'll never leave Hearn either. Matchroom have been driving the Joshua brand since he turned pro.
The Klitchko he beat was 40 years old and inactive for 16 months after being embarrassed by Fury. He still got badly hurt. That was his best win but the rest of his world title fights have not been impressive. He's just not who you think he is. The level of hype behind him in Britain (I'm British btw) has been way too much. I'll be glad when he's retired.Comment
