I really like his chances in the Thurman fight. If he does pull it off, it would be a perfect fight to go out on. However, if it goes the other way, then a KO loss will end it for him, I think. However, a close decision probably won't. Pac is great and he has made tons of money but he seems to keep chasing more. Not sure if he still has a ******** problem or what but as long as he can get in there and like I say, doesn't get KO'd, he'll keep going. Maybe another couple years imo. But I think a KO loss would actually close the show for good. May never happen though. I do wish him the best. He's given tons to the sport.
When will Pac hang em' up? What will it take?

one of my boys who follows him closely said that he spent all his MayPac money already and thats the main reason he keeps fighting. Not sure if this is true but he also claims Fat man Raf was talking about it too?
But to answer your question I think he really wants the MayPac2 fight and if he can't get it he'll retire. That same friend also told me if he can't get the MayPac2 fight he's looking to cash out against Khan?
I dont know man I haven't been following Manny as close as I was back when he was KOing everyone.Comment

When he "retired" a few years ago, was that after a win or loss? I can't remember. I know he retired briefly, than hopped right back in.I really like his chances in the Thurman fight. Hopefully soon... I don’t wanna see him go out like Duran, RJJ etcComment

It'll take another Marquez type KO loss for Pacquiao to retire. If he loses to Thurman by decision I doubt he retires.Comment

A brutal KO loss or long sustained beating are two situations that will cause him to retire. I also think losing to low level competition could cause to him retire if he continues to fight that long.
If Thurman (or any other top fighter) outpoints Pac, he'll continue to fight I believe.Comment
