Manny is cheating time at this point. And, I say that in a good way. I'll always root for the guy and I admire what he's able to do at 40. BUT, I feel like he's not going to quit until something bad happens that forces him out.

I think as long as he keeps getting 7 figure checks he is going to keep fighting

Pacquiao is the type of guy that always needs money

Thurman seems like an OK guy outside the ring. Against Pac, next week though, he's going to get mucked up. He's fought a bunch of over matched guys minus Porter and Garcia and both of those fights were close. Pac would handle both those guys rather easily IMO. Thurman is on the slide and he IS NOT ready to fight a boxer of Pac's caliber.

I think he”ll be around until he gets another significant injury. Could be another three or four years. More likely sooner.

I also think Thurman is going to shut a lot people up around here.

By the time Pacquiao fights Thurman he will be 4 months and 3 weeks away from 41 years old. I think just a loss will make it clear to him to hang up the gloves. He has been gradually declining for a few years now. Hopefully after the fight with Thurman he'll retire. I don't want to see him fight for too long and get hurt badly by one of the young top fighters.

You know the saying, "boxing is a young man's sport"

The Pac reminds me tremendously of B-Hop
In the sense that from one day to the next they’ll look horrible
Like Bernard , I hope to keep enjoying Pac until I can
And hopefully he’ll realize like Hopkins when it’s definitely time to get out , hopefully without damage
I do believe his next fight won’t be his last being victorious

He will know when its not there at this level the lights out button is always there, he doesnt come across as the Roy Jones type to hang around as a stepping stone too much pride for that, Manny is very competitive at the moment where this fight will show where he is at right now, why would he retire when he is boxing so well, I think if he got really beat he might look at retiring not necessarily a bad KO loss.

I think Manny will have to take a tough loss and then retire, he's too much of a warrior. it's not up to him, he has to go out that way to teach followers of his lineage veteran warrior stuff. thats the whole damn point of boxing. I don't think he'll take a bad KO loss and quit though, he has too much foiokn pride. What you'll probably see is a guy like Loma outpointing him, but, fuhhhck, the way Pacquaio has been training is like some terminator ish broski. I am convinced that Pacman is lucky enough to be surrounded by people who not only have fine boxing advice, but also cultural shamanic homeopathic recovery stuff that isn't too well known these days, along with probably hallucinogenic mushrooms occassionally. same **** with golovkin and loma, it's common knowledge that their ilk live in separate little 'sects' in the mountains and are experts at mushroom gathering, better than americans at it on average for sure. The power to evolution has always been the mushroom, it's what drove us to religion when we descended to the plains from the canopies. I don't wanna see him get one pieced and fall on his face again, if he has another loss like that you can expect that he'll get himself back in shape and fight 3-4 more guys that he's sure won't do him that. I haven't tripped in over a year, but I'm going to start microdosing real soon, then you gonna see some real sht.. I'll play the game all day with VADA and my shroom Tea, G. There should be a separate belt for people allowed to utilize the mushroom, because of how much more advanced it makes you compared to a non mushroom user. im kidding, but only halfarse

As long as he keeps winning he will probably stick around a couple more years. If Thurman beats him by winning 8 or 9 rounds then I think he would retire.

Like someone else has said , unfortunately a loss or even a brutal beating wont have anything to do with it. At this point its become obvious to me. Pac will keep fighting as long as he keeps getting million dollar checks. If it takes 3 KO losses until that stops coming in , then thats what will happen.
