Listen, If Canelo faces Kovalev as a genuine light heavy with no special weight restrictions I'll sing his praises.

However, there is absolutely nothing in Canelo's past fights that makes me think that is even possible.

Canelo isn't going to body him. If they make him a decent offer Kovelev will knock him out. Why should Kovalev take less than Jacobs got for fighting Canelo? Cheap ass Oscar apparently won't offer even half of what Jacobs got.

Canelo can fight Kovalev at 175 when he eventually moves up, like he did with Golovkin at 160

Canelo really needs to fight Andrade..... that way he can flip a finger to the incompetent IBF, and become undisputed
