To try to say Canelo is scared of the other guys is just ******
Fieldings brought nothing to the table except for a bogus belt, and canelo still fought him, just so he could call himself a 3 weight champion. Canelo would go after kovalev for the 4th weight class title, but he could do the same with any other champ at 175. Kovalev's name is nowhere as big as it was pre Alvarez and pre ward, and he was never that big of a name to begin with. To say that he's going after kovalev because of his name is nothing more than an excuse to avoid the 3 other younger undefeated champions at that weight. He picked the lowest hanging fruit at 168,and he's trying to do the same at 175. The funny part is,if the fight is actually at 175 with no rehydration clauses,I favor kovalev to knock the ginger out in less that 6 rounds.

why is Canelo ignoring Bivol? He’s a champ at 175 who offered to come down to 168.
Your azzz just a couple months ago said no way Canelo fights Kovalev if he moves up he will fight a Rocky Fielding type opponent at 175 now you switching up making excuses and trashing Kovalev who is either 1 or 2 best light heavyweight in the world RIGHT NOW and brings far more to the table in terms of money, popularity, resume ect? And you still asking why Kovalev over Bivol?

I pointed out all the people just months ago who when Canelo said he wanted to fight Kovalev said he will get murdered or that he is BSing and will never dare fight Kovalev. Now if you are one of the ones who still think Kovalev wins cool this don't apply to you. but some how in a matter of months Kovalev went from he is too big will hurt Canelo to Kovalev is a washed up bum despite the fact that Kovalev hasn't fought since Canelo made those statements so nothing has changed about Kovalev in the ring or as a fighter. Why are so many changing the narrative and pretending this isn't a dangerous fight when that's what so many were screaming just months ago.

Moves up to 168 to fight fake WBA regular bum Rocky Fielding. Claims to be a SMW champ.

Now he calls out Kovalev who is still great but clearly old and vulnerable. Why doesn’t Clenelo go after a young lion in their prime like Bivol or GvoDzyk?
Sergey Kovalev is a TOP 3 RANKED LHW, you goofball!

On top of that, I couldn't pick Bivol, Gvozdyk, or Beterbiev out of line-up. Sergey Kovalev, I know. Sergey Kovalev, I've seen.

The Canelo-Kovalev matchup would be the most interesting.

Has Golovkin fought at 160 lbs/MW since his pro debut?!??
                  Golovkin has NEVER moved up?
Golovkin never challenged himself against BIGGER OPPONENTS?

I doubt that Golovkin fans, of all people, would question Canelo's choices of bigger, better challenges.

They aren't vulnerable enough for Canelo.

Can you imagine Canelo Vs Beterbiev wow
