HBO will make a comeback in 5-10 years time. You heard it first from me, fellas.

I believe they can jump in a time any time and be right back in the top spot
Many fighters still dream of having their fight broadcast by HBO
        It just stands out

I missed HBO Boxing before HBO Boxing was gone. That was the problem.

HBO Boxing wasn't what it used to be for years before they disappeared.

If something happens with DAZN, ESPN or PBC maybe. But I think something is gonna need to happen to one of those players first AND the other two groups remaining won't be able to add on the newly needing of a home scraps from one of them going under to their own platform opening the door for HBO (or someone else to enter into boxing).

I tend to doubt it'll happen doe. I think HBO gots bigger fish to fry for the time being & if they get back into boxing anytime soon it'll be as a one off type thing for some huge PPV type fight then some return to form from back in the day or anything long term. Otherwise I suspect best case we don't see HBO Boxing be a thing again for a couple decades.

one thing i have to say and im trying not to sound like a hater, but honestly most PBC productions look outright amateurish compared to HBO. Like i know we cant expect much out of a FS1 broadcast but even the PBC PPV looked like it was FNF
Fr man the HBO production is second to none, PBC, DAZN, ESPN, etc. just have that FNF feel to it.

If you had HBO and Showtime you were guaranteed to see all big fights the week after.

Now with like 5 different apps and all that, youd have to subscribe to all before you could see every fight.

They won’t be coming back, most of their boxing production staff have moved to DAZN and other networks. HBO made the right decision, they wouldn’t have stood a chance in the current boxing environment
